About Sunshine State Solar Maintenance
A woman-owned, community-focused solar company in Tampa. Sunshine State Solar Maintenance works out of Tampa, FL.
Our Story
Building More Than a Business
As a mother and a woman in business, I believe in raising strong women, creating opportunities, and building a better future for the next generation.
Sunshine State Solar Maintenance was built with the vision of creating a community-focused, human-centered company where doing great work is just as important as how we treat people. We want every customer to feel valued, respected, heard, and genuinely cared for, because behind every home and every project, there are real people and families who trust us with what they've worked hard to build.
More about our story
We're a Florida LLC based in Tampa. Day to day that means panel cleaning, which always comes with a complimentary Solar Health Inspection, plus bird and pest proofing and the maintenance program. On the repair side there's the $399 diagnostic visit, minor and major repairs including inverters and microinverters, and taking panels off and back on for roof work. We also do inspections and condition reports for homes with solar that are being bought or sold.
Roof repairs and new roofs go through our qualified roofing partners, coordinated through one point of contact, so the solar and the roof are handled in one place. We do more than solar, too. Together with our trusted service partners we can help with tree and lawn care, air conditioning and heating, remodeling and repairs, and fencing, pavers and outdoor projects, with special partner pricing when you connect through us.
On Google, Pat Backer called it professional service and Jazz Peraza wrote that the panels were left spotless. Judith Dowd says our price was lower than anyone else's.
We look forward to growing alongside our community, creating opportunities for others, and building relationships that go far beyond a single service. From our family to yours, thank you for allowing us to be part of your home. Hablamos español.
